OK, my first menu has been created for the next outdoor grilling adventure. It will be with a variation of the Flank Steak Rip off. and a combination of a dried mushroom magic, Black Bean Mushroom Bruschetta with pine nuts and goat cheese, and Smoked Corn Chowder. I will post the recipes as soon as possible.
I now just have to find the time and date to create this menu and send out the invites.
I need to find a good wine paring for this meal if anyone has a suggestion please let me know. I am not a wine drinker but this summer I will try and develop a love of wine. I am sure my wife would like to have another thing for us to share.
