Grilled Mahi Mahi with Berry Salsa

INGREGIENTS:

  • 1 Package Mahi Mahi Fittets ( Must be THAWED)
  • Fresh rosemary springs, chopped
  • 1/2 pint fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 pint fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 pint fresh blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons fresh shallots, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinager
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • Splash of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Place fresh rosemary on Mahi Mahi fillets, salt and pepper to taste, and grill over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes per side or until firm-tender

Combine the remaining ingredients and serve over the grilled Mahi Mahi.

  1. Summer Grilling

    This was great, I am not a fan of blueberrys and raspberrys. But it was great. I would have this again and I think again this could be changed with other types of fruits.
