  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

4 ahi tuna steaks, each 7 to 8 ounces and about 1 inch thick.

  1. Summer Grilling

This was an awesome meal. It was a little intense in the making of the Jalapeno-Citrus Relish. The seperating the oranges and lime took longer than I expected. Now if I could find someone to do that for me.
